SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Each Entry that is submitted to this Sweepstakes must comply with the following Submission Guidelines to be eligible. Any Entry that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, violates these Official Rules or the Submission Guidelines below will be disqualified and/or will not be eligible to win. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant grants Sponsor permission to use: (a) his/her name, likeness, and photograph/video, (b) the names, likenesses, and photographs/videos of the other persons appearing in the Entry for future advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless restricted by law. Such future advertising and publicity may include, but is not limited to, Sponsor’s future social media posts and point of sale material. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant also represents he/she has obtained all necessary permissions to grant Sponsor permission to use the name, likeness, and photograph/videos of any others pictured in the Entry. Social media accounts must be public for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

The Entry must NOT, in the sole discretion of Sponsor:

1. Contain content that violates or infringes upon another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademark or copyright infringement), without permission;

2. Disparage Sponsor or its products or services, Sponsor’s competitors or their products or services, or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes;

3. Contain company names, product names, brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which participant has a limited license to use for this Sweepstakes;

4. Contains the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any celebrities and/or other public or private figure, living or dead, without permission;

5. Contain content that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, profane, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, controversial or libelous;

6. Contain content that displays or promotes illegal drug use, irresponsible alcohol use, bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

7. Contain content that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to applicable laws or regulations;

8. Contain any photograph or reference to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age; and/or Contain content in which the Released Parties do not wish to associate themselves with, in their sole discretion.

PRIZES AND DRAWINGS: On or around 05/20/2026 and subject to confirmation of eligibility, there will be a total of one (1) Winner (“Winner”) selected from a pool of all eligible entries received from Instagram. The Winner will be notified by direct message, and entrants hereby consent to such notification by entering this Sweepstakes. The Winner will be required to respond to the Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of the original message. The Winner will be awarded the following prize (collectively the “Prize”):

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $1,200. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes awarded under the Sweepstakes is $1,200. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The Prize will be awarded unless Sponsor cannot obtain documentation from a potential Winner to prove eligibility in which case the Prize may not be awarded. Exact specifications of prize to be determined by Sponsor and may vary from as described above based on availability. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred that are not specifically stated as being included as part of the Prize including, but not limited to, all taxes, surcharges, and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as being included. Prize will be mailed to Winner at residence provided by Winner. No alcohol is being awarded as a Prize.

CONDITIONS: Winner and Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV for the Prize. In the event there is any difference between the actual value of the Prize and the ARV, no refund for any difference will be provided. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, Winner is not entitled to the value of the difference. The Prize will be awarded unless Sponsor does not receive required documents in a timely manner in which case the Prize may not be awarded. Attendance at the event is subject to ticket terms and conditions and Winner and guest must follow all Sponsor and venue safety protocols. Sponsor will not be responsible in the event that the Winner and/or guest is denied entry to the event for any reason, including for failure to comply with any applicable venue rules or safety protocols. Event tickets are subject to the additional terms and conditions set by the issuer. Event is subject to, among other things, delay, postponement, rescheduling and cancellation by event coordinators. Sponsor is not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason. In the event of event postponement, rescheduling or cancellation, the winner will be notified by Sponsor, who may substitute the Prize tickets for a prize of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV for the Prize, to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, Winner is not entitled to the value of the difference. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the Prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner including, but not limited to, any additional travel, lodging or other expenses. Winner is responsible organizing their own transportation to and from the event. By accepting the Prize, (i) Winners hereby accept any and all risks associated in using the Prize and (ii) Winners hereby indemnify Sponsor for any injuries, including death, obtained in connection with using the Prize. If Sponsor is unable to make contact with or receive personal confirmation from a Winner of being selected as a Winner within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, or if a Winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested documents by the date specified by the Sponsor, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The acceptance or use of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use Winner’s name and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. If Sponsor should request any additional information from Winner in connection with but not limited to proving Winner’s eligibility status, Winner with have one (1) day from the date of that request to provide the information and/or documentation requested. Should Winner fail to provide the requested information/documentation within the specified timeframe, Prize will be forfeited, Winner will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Winner. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes regarding this Sweepstakes shall be governed by New York State law and resolved in State or Federal court located in Monroe County, New York. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
